Terms of payment by installments

Deposit 50,000 Baht

Upon signing the contract (1 month after the reservation - 40%)

10% when the foundation is layed

10% at the beginning of the construction

20% when the roof is finished

10% upon completion of the construction

Sinking fund (is paid once) 500 baht/sqm,

Maintenance  75 baht/sqm/month

Development company offers all the buyers of apartments an opportunity to receive a guaranteed rental revenue of 10% of the purchase price per year for a period of 5-10 years. 

To get the income for this program, the buyer (as an option) may sign an additional agreement with the developer. Under   the terms of this contract apartments are transferred to the management of the company for subsequent lease. The owner of the apartments will receive a GUARANTEED MONTHLY income, no matter how long and at what pricet the apartment will be rented out. The precise numbers of income will written in the contract and paid monthly.

For example, the following calculations can be made:

You buy an apartment with the price of 3 million baht,

Your guaranteed income according to the contract will be 300 000 baht per year

Your revenue will be paid to you monthly in the amount of 1/12 from 300,000, in more simple words - 25 000 baht per month.

Your apartment and all property in it will be insured for the entire period of the contract. At the end of the additional  agreement on the management of real estate, the company will make the complete renovation in the apartment. So the depreciation after several years of living in will cost nothing.

At any time you can terminate the additional agreement, if you decide to live in the apartment, sell or rent it yourself, at the same time, the developer can not abandon its obligations throughout the term of the agreement.
